Q. Can I get my product personalized?
A. We offer personalized services such as engraving, customizing a setting to fit your stone, contact us for details.

SHIPPING
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship all over the world where shipment of fine jewelry is not prohibited. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Custom taxes may apply and will be assessed by the shipping carrier.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. “Off The Shelf” items are in stock and ready to ship within a few days. Processing time is approx. 6-8 business days and delivery time 10-15 business days.
Q. What shipping carriers do you use?
A. We use USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Express shipping is available upon request, fees may apply ($14.99). All shipment will require signature at deliver, we ship all our package insured.
Q. Do you offer gift box?
A. Absolutely, we offer gift box packaging, too.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Q. Can I return my product?
A. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help within our return policy. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

UPDATES FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY: DUE TO PAYPAL NEW REFUND POLICY, STARTING OCTOBER 11TH 2019, THE FEES THAT PAYPAL COLLECT FROM MERCHANTS WON’T BE REFUNDED IN CASE OF A RETURN. THEREFORE IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN A PURCHASE USING PAYPAL, WE WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE AMOUNT MINUS PAYPAL TRANSACTION FEES.
